"We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. "

Job Responsibilities

1. Inventory management

Responsible for daily inventory management of the finished goods warehouse, including inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.

Ensure accurate inventory records and update inventory data in a timely manner.

Maintain communication with the production department, procurement department, and sales department to coordinate inventory demand and supply.

2. Warehouse layout and planning

Reasonably plan warehouse space, ensure orderly storage of goods, and improve warehouse utilization.

Responsible for categorizing and storing goods in different areas, ensuring that product labels are clear and easy to find.

3. Receipt and shipment management

Check the quantity, model, and quality of the received products to ensure consistency with the order.

Responsible for packaging, boxing, and shipping finished products to ensure safe delivery to customers or distributors.

Handle the picking and shipping process of customer orders to ensure their accuracy and correctness.

4. Quality inspection and control

Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet standards.

When quality issues are discovered, promptly provide feedback and handle non-conforming products.

5. Equipment and tool operation

Proficient in operating warehouse equipment (such as forklifts, stackers, etc.) to ensure the efficiency and safety of cargo loading, unloading, and handling.

Responsible for the daily maintenance and inspection of warehouse equipment to ensure its normal operation.

6. Safety and Health Management

Ensure that the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and meets occupational health and safety standards.

Responsible for implementing safety measures such as fire prevention, theft prevention, and moisture prevention in the warehouse.

7. Data recording and reporting

• Record the warehouse's inbound and outbound data in detail and generate necessary reports.

Use a warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system for data entry and management.

8. Team collaboration and communication

Maintain good communication with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist the warehouse supervisor in completing other related tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background

High school education or above, with relevant warehouse management experience preferred.

1-3 years of experience in finished product warehouse management or logistics related work.

Experience in the small home appliance industry is preferred.

3. Skill requirements

Familiar with warehouse management processes and basic operations.

Proficient in using computer office software (such as Excel, Word), experience in operating ERP or WMS systems is preferred.

• Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

• Able to adapt to physical labor and possess basic warehousing operation skills (such as handling, packaging, etc.).

4. Physical fitness

• Physically healthy and capable of working in a warehouse environment (such as standing for long periods of time, carrying heavy objects, etc.).

Good Malay language communication skills, Mandarin communication skills are preferred.

6. Other requirements

Serious and responsible in work, with strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.

• Able to adapt to fast-paced work environments and possess a certain level of stress resistance.
