Job summary

ALPS Naigai Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Safety, Health and Environment Executive to reinforce our safety program across Bukit Jelutong and Subang warehouses. You will support management to ensure ISO 45001 compliance and drive risk assessments.

The ideal candidate has tertiary education or NIOSH/NEBOSH SHO certificate, DOSH Green Book, and hands-on audit experience; own transport preferred; strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Proven health & safety management experience in warehouse/distribution settings.
• Auditing and reporting experience with strong documentation.
• Competent in risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse management to ensure ISO 45001 compliance.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive procedures.
• Liaise with Operations PIC on safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Conduct safety orientation, training, and campaigns for all employees.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee building maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Supervise security guard operations and site security.
