Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a forklift operator to support production by safely moving materials within the plant, ensuring smooth workflow in mixing and packing areas.

The ideal candidate holds a valid forklift license, can follow instructions, stay physically fit, and is willing to work shifts. This role emphasizes safety, discipline, and reliable daily forklift checks.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift license and proven operation experience.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely in shopfloor environment.
• Physically fit with strong safety and discipline awareness.
• Willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Mixing and packing areas by safely transporting compound, raw materials, and finished batches to designated locations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Operate forklift safely to move compound within plant to storage locations.
• Transport raw materials, pallets, or packaging materials to the mixing and packing areas as needed.
• Ensure current placement and stacking of compound to avoid damage or contamination.
• Perform basic daily checks on the forklift (battery, fuel, tires).
• Follow plant traffic rules, safety guidelines, and proper forklift operating procedures.
• Assist in loading/unloading compound during dispatch or internal transfers.
• Report any equipment issues or unsafe conditions, or material mix-ups immediately to the supervisor.
