Warehouse Executive - Urgent hiring

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
2. Ensure proper inventory control by maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular stock counts.
3. Generate reports on stock levels, warehouse performance, and other key metrics.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
6. Address any issues related to logistics operations, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, and develop corrective actions.
7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
8. Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and accuracy of records, as well as material purchase, sales, and inventory management.

Job Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with more than 4 years of experience in warehouse operations or related field of manufacturing industry.
2. Strong communication skills, work experience, professional skills, and planning abilities. Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in warehousing.
3. Proficiency in SAP systems, Warehouse Management Software (WMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
