• To manage and monitor the entire warehouse and logistic operation to ensure optimum safety and quality standard with minimum/effective cost of operation. Achieve customer OTIF (On Time Delivery in Full).
• To enhance stock accuracy in finish good warehouse by conducting weekly cycle count and annual stock take with complete analysis report.
• Monitoring stock condition and co-ordination internally and externally in order to keep stock within the shelf life and in good condition.
• Maintain good housekeeping within work area and or department.
• Lead and implement safety awareness in finish good warehouse and transport group.
• Implement warehouse policies and procedures to safeguard materials kept and maintain its productivity.
• Monitoring and ensure all the stock physical is tally with the system SAP.
• Planning to maintain warehouse physical condition for operation efficiency.
• To perform any other duties assigned within the position level A.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in warehouse operation or any related field.
• Have SAP WMS SFCS system operation ability and participate in relevant course training.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Power point.
