Job description

Warehouse Executive (Mount Austin - Johor)

· Assist and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations.

· Assist in inventory control, including stock checking and balancing.

· Plan and supervise delivery schedules and logistics routing for optimal efficiency.

· Support and assist in handling disciplinary matters involving operations and logistics staff.

· Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and procedures in all relevant areas.

· Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure efficient flow of goods.

· Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, stock movement, and delivery KPIs.

· Support in process improvement initiatives to optimize logistic workflows.

Warehouse Operations:

· Assist and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.

· Ensure accurate stock control through proper inventory checking, balancing, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and procedures in all relevant areas.

· Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

· Assist in stocktaking, audits, and investigations on discrepancies.

· Prepare and submit daily/weekly stock and warehouse operation reports.

· Support and assist in handling disciplinary matters involving warehouse staff.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and logistics-oriented environments.

· Good analytical skills; exposure to operations planning is an advantage.

· Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Willing to travel outstation when required.
