Role
• Monitor the receipt, dispatching, and storage of materials in storage under raw material and packaging material, including picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, hygiene, and administrative functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy:
• A warehouse executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse.
Operational:
- • Fulfill internal and external customer satisfaction and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by superiors.
- • Direct and coordinate all warehouse activities, ensuring material ordering, planning, and stock availability within the company's set turnover days.
- • Practice 5S methodology consistently on the shop floor.
- • Provide regular warehouse status updates to management and facilitate timely product delivery to production.
- • Monitor material movement and build of material (BOM) in the system.
- • Control plan and materials to ensure optimal utilization of storage, resources, and labor force to meet warehouse objectives/targets.
- • Continuously improve methods, effectiveness, and resource utilization; critically review and monitor material availability for daily, weekly, and monthly buffer stock.
- • Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and product availability.
- • Maintain the security and safety of the warehouse and its employees.
- • Supervise and train warehouse staff.
- • Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- • Evaluate and improve the efficiency and productivity of warehouse processes and procedures.
- • Perform any other related tasks as deemed appropriate by management to achieve department/factory KPIs.
People:
- • Liaise passionately with procurement and production to resolve buffer stock issues and delays in material delivery without affecting production.
- • Communicate effectively with subordinates regarding training needs, aligned with management's vision and mission.
Job Requirements
Must haves:
- • Diploma/Degree in warehouse management or equivalent with over 1 year of experience.
- • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- • Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

- • Strong analytical skills.
