• Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively to move, load, and unload materials, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment in good working order.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and regular stocktaking, promptly reporting any discrepancies or damages to the Inventory Manager.
• Pick and pack orders according to established procedures, ensuring that items are correctly identified, carefully packaged, and promptly dispatched to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to verify product specifications, identify defects, and prevent the shipment of substandard merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by implementing and enforcing housekeeping procedures, promptly addressing spills or hazards, and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other warehouse team members to optimize workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
