Job description

Position : Warehouse Coordinator

Location : Sarawak

Scope of Work(s):

• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment for offshore and onshore operations.
• Ensure all warehouse activities follow internal procedures, safety standards, and material handling protocols.
• Liaise with logistics and transport teams to plan and execute loadouts, backloads, and urgent material deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse layout and storage practices to ensure proper organization, space utilization, and segregation of materials.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all equipment and materials are stored safely and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in managing quarantine materials, rejected items, and disposal in accordance with asset management policies.
• Supervise general warehouse staff and contractors to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Minimum Requirement(s):

• SPM qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in logistics or warehousing, particularly within the oil & gas industry.
• At least two (2) years of recent experience supporting upstream oil & gas operations.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment, offshore logistics requirements, and HSE standards.
• Proficient in using warehouse systems and basic computer applications (e.g. MS Excel, inventory systems).
