Responsibilities:

1. Handle data entry for invoices and stock updates in the system.
2. Perform regular stock checks before delivery and update inventory records.
3. Maintain proper filing of Delivery Orders (DO) and other stock documents.
4. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Purchasing) to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely delivery.
5. Assist with administrative tasks related to the warehouse and stock control processes.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
2. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.
5. Prior experience in warehouse or inventory administration is an added advantage.
