Job description

We are seeking a capable and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team based in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a full‑time Warehouse Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely handling of goods in line with company standards and delivery schedules.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and documentation to maintain accurate records.
• Analyze warehouse performance data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and space utilization.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
• Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff, including task allocation, attendance monitoring, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock management systems.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
