Job summary

Westrock Coffee & Tea Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Support to assist the supervisor with updating and issuing incoming and outgoing raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

You will report damaged or missing inventory, follow loading/unloading procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure 5S housekeeping. Proficiency with reach truck and forklift and performing cycle counts is required to support safe, compliant warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck) safely.
• Strong record-keeping and housekeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in updating and issuing incoming and outgoing raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Follow procedures for loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain proper records and filing of all documents and transactions.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and forklift in a safe manner, in compliance with SOPs.
• Perform stock-take and cycle counts as required.
• Ensure operations comply with safety, environment and health standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
