Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Experience in warehouse (E-Fulfillment) is an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operational activities of the warehouse.
• Ensure operations comply with health and safety standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory system.

To be responsible for the daily operational activities of the warehouse, such as product picking, order packing, order scanning, and other warehouse activities.

Processing and reporting incoming returns.

Assist superiors in executing daily preservation of warehouse activities.

Track unfulfilled or backordered products to provide resolutions for fulfillment.

Ensure all operations at the warehouse comply with environmental, safety, and health standards, and maintain warehouse cleanliness at all times.

Ensure inventory in the system is up-to-date and reflects real-time quantities.

Enhance and simplify operational processes for better cost and time efficiency.

Perform tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in warehouse management.
• Experience in warehouse (E-Fulfillment) will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days per week with shift rotation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multi-tasking.
• Able to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang.
• Fixed Term Contract: 6 months (renewable).
