WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (SELANGOR)

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Store/Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle store/warehouse operations and assist tasks to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

1. To check and confirm the correct part and quantity as per invoice are to be delivered to customers and ensure products are protected with proper packing material & method before delivery.
2. To acknowledge receipt of all invoices for delivery in the delivery record book.
3. Ensure correct modification is done as per the modification form.
4. To ensure those invoices are duly signed, stamped, and returned to the Accounts Department by means of recording and acknowledged by the recipient.
5. To check strictly on returned and rejection goods.
6. To give the very best of service to our customers at all times.
7. To maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice in warehouse.
8. Accomplish any task/responsibility assigned by Warehouse Manager/Supervisor.
9. Require doing OT when requested.
10. Ensured practice of FIFO policy 100% accuracy & follow operational SOP.
11. Any other activities/events assigned by the company (e.g., Annual Stock Take, Product Exhibition, etc.).

Requirements:

1. Have your own transport to work.
2. Minimum SPM or equivalent or minimum 1 year working experience in the related field.
3. Ability to lift inventory items and perform physical tasks.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Good communication and customer service skills.
6. Able to read, write, & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
7. Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work extra hours.
8. Basic knowledge of inventory management.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
