Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. To greet and welcome customers, and to assist customers by recommending products and locating desired products including but not limited to customer inquiries and complaints.
  2. Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store.
  3. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  4. Fulfill all other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  6. Handle sales transactions and process payments.
  7. Support the dispensing team with order follow-ups and fittings.
  8. Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs (key performance indicators).
  9. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  10. Assist in visual merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
  11. Ensure parts are stocked and ready for purchase.
  12. Provide support to the sales team as needed.
  13. Handle cashiering duties efficiently and accurately.
  14. Inform customers about sales, promotions, and policies.
  15. Distribute product samples to customers.
  16. Take payments for purchases and package purchases.
  17. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  18. Contribute to the overall sales and revenue goals of the organization.
  19. Always deliver an exceptional in-store feel-good experience.
  20. Interact with customers confidently to introduce the varied range of store products.
  21. Provide answers to queries presented regarding product information and available offers.
  22. Characteristics: Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, integrity, and independence.
  23. Handle branch sales reports and relevant documentation.
  24. Responsible for employee performance & discipline.
  25. Ensure outlet activities are operated smoothly and according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
  26. Perform other assignments as defined & delivered by the Management.
  27. Pay attention to the shopping environment and store safety before and after the store, and effectively manage the safety of store assets.
  28. Responsible for inventory management such as daily inventory and product expiration date checking.
  29. Oversee distribution strategies to enhance product visibility and availability. Manage partnerships with key retailers and distributors for optimal terms and profitability.
  30. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team. Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
  31. Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when needed.
  32. Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
  33. Handle cash transactions between customers and retail stores.
  34. Assist in the opening and closing of a retail location.
  35. Identify interests and understand customer needs and requirements.
  36. Report on demonstration related information.
  37. Maintain a clean and organized parcel collection area, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
  38. Handle customer complaints or issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged parcels, coordinating with logistics partners for resolutions.
  39. Keep records of daily parcel transactions, report discrepancies, and manage stock levels of packaging materials.
  40. Maintain good housekeeping conditions in the store.
  41. Maintain well-presented visual merchandise and displays.
  42. Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
  43. Manage product displays in the store, promoting and maintaining the brand's image.
  44. Implement security measures to uphold a safe and comfortable environment for customers.
  45. Follow instructions and perform tasks assigned by your supervisor with full commitment.
  46. Obtain, propose, and monitor deadlines and follow-up dates.
  47. Screen requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
  48. Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders.
