Job description

Company Overview:

A leading logistics and freight forwarding provider with a global presence, offering a wide range of services tailored to support international trade and supply chain needs. With expertise in international freight forwarding, supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, and project logistics, the company plays a critical role.

The New Roles:

  1. To be responsible for the quality delivery of services contracted by the client.
  2. To provide leadership to all teams in achieving the targets set for contractual KPIs.
  3. To lead and assist in the vendor selection process, including the selection of vendors for services, outsourced vendor capability assessment, and benchmarking.
  4. To ensure and assist in monitoring all vendors comply with company policy, regulatory, HSSE, and reporting requirements.
  5. To work with Finance to ensure invoicing to customers is relevant, accurate, and timely, and no services are provided without charge.
  6. To assist in the weekly, monthly, and periodical operation review meetings with internal teams and clients.
