Job description

Manage the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and industry standards for warehousing, material handling, shipping, and safety aspects.

Maintain and monitor inventory levels.

Implementing and overseeing security operations of warehouse.

Implementing policies and procedure for warehouse operation.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Manage inventory accuracy through regular physical counts, maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, including out-bound and in-bound activities.

Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 to 8 years of warehouse management experience.

Strong working knowledge in of warehouse operation and management.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
