Manage and monitor Store & Logistics staffs' performance to ensure they carry out the daily activities effectively and follow the policies and procedures.
Periodically review and analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives through effective negotiations with the forwarder.
Manage and support the company’s safety and security standards at all times.
Manage inventory functions such as receiving procedures, transfers, pricing procedures, and physical count inventories as required.
Maintain and maximize storage area organization, comply with 5S standards, and recommend improvements to store process flow.
Evaluate & analyze inventory variance and implement preventive measures based on monthly stock take audits by Finance.
Monitor and inform relevant departments about obsolete/damaged stocks.
Implement quality control measures to ensure warehouse stock accuracy and shipment integrity.
Resolve and report discrepancies, damages, or errors during receiving or stock tallying to the responsible department for corrective action.
Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Supervise, coach, and train Store and Logistics staff.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Comply with ISO standards, safety practices, SOPs, work instructions, policies, and guidelines.
