Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma required; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
