Job Description

a. Ensure understanding of the company SOP–Stock Management and strictly adhere to it.
b. Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping practices at all times.
c. Ensure efficient and smooth operations for receiving, storage, and distribution.
d. Liaise with Supply Chain for incoming goods and with Customer Service for outgoing deliveries.
e. Monitor and ensure stock accuracy.
f. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
g. Ensure the Poison Room is locked at all times after use.
h. Monitor Cold Room temperatures and humidity to ensure compliance with the target range.
i. Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
j. Maintain the battery forklift and reach truck in good condition, and ensure all safety features are in place at all times.
k. Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
l. Assist the Warehouse Manager with ad hoc projects as required.

Repacking Activities

a. Ensure understanding of the companySOP–Repacking Services and strictly adhere to it.
b. Maintain repacking room cleanliness and organization in compliance with GMP requirements.
c. Ensure the repacking rooms are locked at all times after use.
d. Monitor Repacking Room temperatures and humidity to ensure compliance with the target range before starting repacking activities.
e. Ensure the effective and safe use of repacking tools and equipment.

Requirement:

• Must possess at least a SPM qualification.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in the warehouse management
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
