We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance regulations in warehousing.
• Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of handling manual tasks, including occasional lifting and moving of items as needed.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Basic understanding of material data.
• Customer-focused mindset (both internal and external).

Qualifications

1. Tertiary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, procurement, or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing or offshore services environment.
3. Possession of valid certifications in:

• Working at Height

• Basic Rigging (RB)

• Forklift Operation
