Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for receiving materials and checking records according to Delivery Orders (DO).
2. Manage goods in and out records and prepare reports.
3. Prepare goods items according to requests with proper documentation.
4. Handle returned goods and warranty goods records and actions.
5. Conduct monthly stock checks and semi-annual stock takes.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in warehousing or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
• Ability to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
