Warehouse Assistant

Supervising, recording, and managing all goods in the warehouse. This includes receiving and recording incoming stock, processing returns, and conducting inventory checks.

Coordinating with production to handle material picking, receiving finished products, and transferring semi-finished products and ingredients within the warehouse.

Responsible for managing inventory and operations through WMS and SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

Coordinate and oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Ensure that all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled and documented.

Ensuring that all materials are stored and managed in compliance with HACCP requirements, with special attention to allergenic materials.

Ensuring the warehouse is clean and safe, including regular cleaning, maintaining equipment and tools, and adhering to safety standards.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
