Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for goods inbound inspection, verifying documents, quantity, quality, and specifications
• Implementing storage management, storing goods in designated zones and categories according to standards
• Enforcing the first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle; completing outbound operations, including picking, packaging, and handover
• Regularly conducting cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure consistency between records and actual stock
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, manual pallet jacks, and lifting platforms to complete daily tasks
• Regularly inspecting equipment conditions (e.g., oil levels, tires, brakes), performing basic maintenance, and troubleshooting faults
• Using ERP systems or similar software for warehouse location planning, data entry, and management; skilled in operating PDA (mobile data terminals) and barcode printers to ensure informatized and efficient warehouse operations

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Secondary technical school SPM / high school Diploma or above; prefer candidates with majors in logistics management, warehouse management, supply chain management, etc.; good physical health, upright character, and strong work stress tolerance
• At least 1 year of warehouse operation or warehouse management experience, familiar with the full-process operations of sorting, inbound, outbound, and inventory
• Candidates with warehouse management professional qualification certificates or forklift operation certificates are preferred; experience with ERP systems or similar software, and familiarity with PDA and barcode printer operations are preferred
