Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Familiar with WMS, stock control, and warehouse documentation would be an advantage.

Able to use Microsoft Office to perform daily tasks.

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Assist in inventory counts, stock management, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring proper filing and traceability.
  • Generate inventory reports and assist with warehouse administrative tasks.
  • Support warehouse operations by organizing and monitoring stock movements and ensuring systematic storage.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security in compliance with company policies.
  • Demonstrate a positive working attitude and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
