This position involves performing physical or administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities include checking goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items, packaging and preparing products for shipment, and posting weights and shipping charges. The role may require lifting heavy items and operating a forklift. Additionally, the job entails preparing and maintaining records of shipped merchandise, reviewing customer orders, and managing inventory in warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

These may include, but are not limited to:

• Loading & Unloading cargo using Pallet Jet, Stacker, or Forklift.
• Data Entry & Inventory update to ERP system or tracking sheet.
• Data Entry for Shipment Tracking.
• Receiving, Counting, Picking, Shelving, Storing, and Retrieval of Cargo.
• Kit materials for production/project work orders.
• Filing logistic and incoming documentation.
• Monitoring and following up on shipment schedules and deliveries.
• Supporting monthly stock cycle counts and annual stock taking.
• Assisting supervisors in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies.
• Preparing cargo for shipment, such as palletizing, string stripping, labeling, etc.
• Monitoring and assisting with Waste Disposal according to DOE guidelines.
• Assisting LMW when necessary.
• Ensuring logistics & warehouse equipment/machines are in working condition.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and security in the warehouse.
• Supporting continuous work improvement initiatives.
• Adhering strictly to safety rules and regulations laid down by the company.
• Performing ad-hoc duties when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least SPM, STPM, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a warehouse.
• Possess a positive working attitude and be physically fit.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, sitting, walking, twisting, and lifting up to 10 kg regularly and 12-16 kg occasionally, as well as climbing ladders and using pallet jacks.
• Must be mature, independent, proactive, and able to handle duties with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a desire to grow within the organization.
• Hardworking, committed, and able to work overtime when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Possessing a forklift license is an advantage.
• Self-starter capable of performing tasks independently.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, such as IFS, is preferable.
