Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible in ensuring smooth material supply to production as well as finished goods shipments. Carry out goods receiving activities, safely storage of goods, stock accuracy, house keeping as well update inventory system.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in carrying out goods receiving activities either from internal / external parties effectively and efficiently.
2. Responsible in ensuring goods received are store at their own designated locations with ID (identity) label available.
3. Responsible in carrying out periodic physical count of stock in the warehouse as to ensure their accuracy which should be matched with quantity stated in system.
4. Ensure stock received are recorded / locked in SAP system upon receiving process completed.
5. Carry out loading / unloading activities for import, export or local deliveries.
6. Operate warehouse equipment, responsible in checking, maintaining and reporting condition of warehouse equipment for necessary actions.
7. Assist in overseeing warehouse safety, energy saving and other related activities.
8. Maintain strict EHS & 6S practice in the workplace, goods storage, equipment and people around in order to achieve EHS best practice.
9. Perform other related assignment as and when directed by superior.
