Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in SQL or other inventory systems.

Job description

Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.

Store materials and products systematically in the warehouse.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.

Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Issue and record stock movements in the system.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and store environment.

Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams regarding stock levels and deliveries.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Perform other warehouse and store duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
  2. Good computer skills with proficiency in SQL or other inventory systems
  3. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  4. Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  5. Possess own transport
  6. Knowledge of inventory control (raw materials & finished goods)
