Job description

· Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods and materials..

· Maintain accurate inventory records using Autocount, WMS or ERP systems.

· Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.

· Coordinate import and export shipments under the LMW license.

· Ensure all import and export activities comply with applicable customs laws, trade regulations, and internal company policies.

· Work with regulatory agencies like MITI, MIDA, SIRIM and Customs for LMW licensing and compliance.

· Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

· Supervise and train warehouse staff, including forklift operators and logistics coordinators and supervisors.

· Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

· Conduct performance reviews and manage staffing levels.

· Compliance & Safety:

· Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouse and logistics processes.

· Prepare reports for senior management on KPIs, stock levels, and logistics performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience with Autocount/WMS/ERP systems

• Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with colleagues from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
