We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team at SUNUP HEALTHCARE SDN BHD. In this full-time position based in Subang Jaya, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management and coordination of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and delivery.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensuring the warehouse is well-organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with the logistics and transportation agent to ensure seamless delivery of goods to customers.
• Improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
• Providing regular reports and updates to management on warehouse performance and any issues or concerns.
• To carry out any instruction or any assignment given by the superior.

Requirements

• With SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistic or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry.
