About the hiring company
This is a logistics company, providing international freight forwarding and logistics services across Asia, Australia and Europe/America continents globally. Currently they have two job openings at their warehouse facilities located at North Port area in Port Klang. This position is permanent in nature and is based at warehouse in Port Klang and comes with a salary of RM 1800-2000.
Job Responsibilities
This is a full time permanent position based at Warehouse in North Port. The role is primarily to help facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse operations. Supporting the operations activities at warehouse, the Administration Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargoes into and out of the internal system and ensuring orders are processed according to customers specifications. Additional duties will include generating reports,cross checking information and general administration duties.
Duties:
·Manage the flow of emails in and out for all warehouse operation activities.
·Administer the booking in and out process,control paper work and input details in system.
·Control and update the stock sheets.
·Manage and file all warehouse paperwork.

Requirements
Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should possess the following attributes:
·Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma qualification.
·Able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numeracy skills.
·Have accurate and fast typing/data entry skills.
·Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
·Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
·A good 2-3 years of work experience in warehouse administration.
·Have access to a reliable means of transport to commute to North Port area.
