Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and update stock records to maintain accurate inventory levels. Coordinate the movement of goods, including receiving, storing, and dispatching items. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and manage shipping, receiving, and inventory reports. Maintain organized records of invoices, delivery orders, and other relevant documents. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Coordination and Communication: Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and operations teams regarding deliveries and shipments. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and operations teams to streamline processes. Communicate any delays, damages, or discrepancies in stock to relevant parties.
  • System Management and Compliance: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory and orders. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures. Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements

SPM graduates are also welcome to apply.

Diploma in supply chain management, Business Administration, or relevant fields will be advantageous.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably in the F&B Industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Mandarin & English are mandatory languages as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
