A leading company in logistics is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for their facility in Puchong. This role includes keying in orders, preparing delivery documents, and assisting with stock management duties. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and computer literacy, preferably with a year's experience in logistics.
Key in orders into the system according to purchase orders.
Ensure items and order quantities match the purchase order.
Prepare delivery documents such as invoices, purchase orders, booking confirmations, and related documents.
Update stock take mapping and input stock take results based on physical counts—monthly.
Assist in updating Proof of Delivery (POD) into the system.
Perform all warehouse-related administrative functions such as filing and housekeeping.
Assist in tasks assigned by the Warehouse Executive or Manager.
