REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT

Position: Real Estate Negotiator (REN)

Role

• Employed by a registered Estate Agent to assist in real estate agency practices.
• Acts as a link between buyers and sellers, facilitating property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate prices and terms, and communicate effectively between parties.
• Research property market conditions and conduct preliminary appraisals.
• Work under the supervision of a registered REA, assisting in various agency operations.
• Promote properties for sale or lease to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old, REN Tag, Previous Employment Letter.
• Independent, possess Negotiator Certification Course Certificate, minimum qualification SPM or equivalent.
• Result-oriented, committed, and willing to work hard.
• Full-time, own car required.
• Employed on a contract and commission basis only.
• Location flexible; reporting to Subang Jaya office for meetings, training, etc.

Compensation

Commission-based, percentage of property transaction value.

Estimated monthly commission ranges from RM2,000 to RM6,000, with an average around RM3,500, depending on experience, performance, and location.
