As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing personalised financial solutions and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This full-time role offers the opportunity to be part of a leading financial institution and contribute to the growth and success of our Sabah operations.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking products and services
• Process customer transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and investment placements
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services to grow our customer base and deepen existing relationships
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
• Contribute to the achievement of branch and individual sales targets

What we're looking for

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and address customer needs
• Sales-driven mindset and the ability to cross-sell banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Mandarin or other local dialects being an advantage
