Time: 10.00am – 4.00pm

Position: Personal Banker

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales targets for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust, and lending products
• Identify customer needs and provide financial solutions accordingly
• Attend to customer inquiries on branch products and services and provide feedback
• Execute sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines, and regulations
• Build and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
• Plan sales activities with Branch Manager
• Ensure compliance with AmBank's policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Open to Fresh Graduates
• Candidate possessing PCE / CEILLI / TBE / FIMM certifications will have an added advantage
