PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
- Promote various types of life-insurance products by Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd under the exclusive Bancassurance Partnership between RHB Bank and Tokio Marine.
- Professionally sell a wide range of bancassurance products to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve sales/revenue targets assigned by the Bank and contribute to the overall branch targets.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to develop relationships and increase share of customer’s wallet.
- Participate in branch, region, and bank sales activities and campaigns to meet targets.
- Prepare and proactively execute sales plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Sales Planning & Activities
- Promote, introduce, and market Tokio Marine’s life-insurance products to bank customers, including Whole Life, Endowment, Medical, and Investment-Linked plans.
- Perform needs-based selling by understanding customers' financial goals, protection needs, savings, education, medical, and retirement planning.
- Brief customers and ensure understanding of product features, charges, and provide quotations and product disclosures.
- Assist customers with premium payments, policy inquiries, policy servicing, and claims.
- Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers using bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads.
- Participate actively and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customers’ PHR and revenue.
- Set appointments, conduct sales visits, prospect, and engage with customers.
Sales Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster relationships and generate referrals.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with CPD hours and complete CFF forms.
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and sales ethics.
