Main Role

Reporting to Retail Ops/Retail HOD/Store Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall daily operation of the store to maximize sales and profits by taking ownership and responsibility for all aspects of store operations, while playing an active role on the sales floor.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all the time excellent customer service and demonstrate strong selling skills
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
• Prepare and submit effective monthly staff duty roster, attendance report and other related reports and documents to Malaysia Office for payroll processing / Sales Tracking/ Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales report
• Other operational tasks as assigned by the immediate superior / Retail Ops / Head of Retail

Job Requirement

• Must possess at least SPM or equivalent and preferable with 2 years of Retail working experiences.
• Those without sales experience but with initiative to learn keen sense in Sport industry will also be considered.
• BM and English language is required.
• With strong sense of responsibility and pro-activity.
• Commit to work on shift, long hours, weekends, and Public Holidays as needed.
