About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused waitress to join our dynamic team at STRAIT TIME HOLDINGS SDN BHD' in Melaka Raya Melaka. As a full-time waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen
• Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly
• Assisting with general restaurant duties, such as side work and inventory management
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
