Looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Runner to join the vibrant team at Pizza Medira' in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. What you'll be doing

• Providing prompt and friendly table service to customers, taking orders and delivering meals
• Ensuring the restaurant floor is kept clean, tidy and well-presented at all times
• Assisting the kitchen team by running food orders to tables
• Maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring excellent customer service
• Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Supporting the wider restaurant team as required

• Previous experience as a waiter, runner or in a similar customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
• Excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
