A Waiter/ess is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring an excellent Guest and Member experience, with extensive menu knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing guest queries professionally and promptly
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of menu and products
• Ensuring mis-en-place is well-stocked at all stations
• Following proper reporting procedures for issues
• Delivering food and beverage orders of high quality and in a timely manner
• Practicing Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Adhering to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation

Candidate profile:

Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, high customer service standards, excellent grooming, flexibility, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Experience in Food and Beverage or cash handling, and knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations are advantageous.
