The opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in Kulai Johor. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set and well-stocked
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns or complaints
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of the dining area as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service standards
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
