Infineon Technologies in Kulim, Malaysia, invites an experienced Front End Wafer Test Planning Lead to shape the WTP strategy and drive a high-performance, cross-functional team.

You will own end-to-end Wafer Test planning, balance in-house and external capacity, and translate demand into actionable capacity and investment decisions, partnering with senior management to deliver long-term objectives.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Front end planning, Wafer Test, semiconductor operations, or digital transformation.
  • Deep expertise in Wafer Test planning (demand, capacity, cost, investment logic) and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Frontend Wafer Test Planning (WTP) team, ensuring capabilities are in place to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Own consolidate and lead Front end Wafer Test Planning (WTP) execution end-to-end.
  • Ensure sufficient wafer test capacity is allocated for both In-house and External Wafer Manufacturing to meet demand.
  • Lead cross-functional resolution of capacity and supply-demand imbalances with rapid, fact-based recommendations.
  • Translate long-term planning results into strategic recommendations for the Target Cost Road map and manufacturing strategy.
  • Act as key interface for Wafer Test topics to Divisions, Frontend sites, EWM, and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Wafer Test planning processes via automation and data-driven tools.
