Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of wafer process experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of oscilloscopes is beneficial.
• Strong semiconductor device knowledge and understanding of wafer fabrication principles.
• Excellent electrical characteristics analysis and ability to interpret electrical drawings for tester troubleshooting.
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and set up recipes for products and troubleshoot wafer test machines.
• Support Wafer Test Engineering activities, including static and dynamic testing, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and yield improvement.
• Operate Oscilloscope and related test equipment.
• Diagnose machine issues during testing, identify root cause and perform basic maintenance.
• Manage daily operation activities and lot flow to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets established by Management.
