Responsibilities

• Perform defect and failure analysis to identify root causes.
• Operate and maintain analysis tools and equipment in the Analysis Lab.
• Develop understanding of wafer and assembly process flows to identify sources of problems.
• Complete tasks assigned by the superior or manager accurately and within the required timeline.
• Collaborate with different departments and sections to support yield improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction activities.
• Recommend alternative analysis tools or techniques to complement analysis findings, where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with 5S practices, safety rules, and workplace regulations.
• Recruit, train, evaluate the performance of, and provide regular development guidance and motivation to subordinates.
• Establish, optimize, and maintain operating procedures and conditions for analysis tools.
