We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations focus on support the execution of strategic and commercial initiatives for drilling company. This role offers exposure to corporate strategy, key client engagement, market intelligence, and partnership development activities. You will work closely with key account leaders, providing valuable insights while developing real-world experience in the energy sector.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduates as VTS Protégé (Trainee) for Strategy & Key Account under Strategic Marketing (Partnerships & Alliance) Division joining us as early in June 2025.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Conduct market research on upstream oil & gas trends, competitor benchmarking, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Assist in preparing strategic reports, business proposals, and presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the tracking of key account activities, client satisfaction metrics, and commercial pipeline updates.
• Participate in internal planning sessions and contribute to the development of strategic dashboards and performance reports.
• Coordinate documentation and tracking for partnerships, alliances, and collaboration initiatives.
• Contribute to marketing and branding efforts, including capability statements, company profiles, and participation in industry event

Minimum Requirements: -

• Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related fields with strong business interest), Economics, Finance, or Strategic Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
• Analytical thinking with an interest in business strategy and commercial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Familiarity with research/reporting tools is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Can work at our office in Kuching, Sarawak
