We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations with a focus on supporting Rig Administration and Crewing functions. This role involves assisting with crew logistics and movements, maintaining accurate records of personnel data and certifications, supporting compliance with regulatory and company requirements, preparing reports and ensuring smooth coordination between rig crews and shore-based teams. The Protégé will also be involved in administrative tasks and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and workforce readiness across Velesto’s offshore operations.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduates as VTS Protégé (Trainee) for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) under QHSE Division joining us as early in July 2025.

Job Responsibility:-

• Assist in coordinating and supporting the implementation of the new Crew Management System. This includes data entry, system testing, and assisting users where required.
• Maintain an organized and secure filing system for all crew-related documents. This includes systematic documentation for ease of retrieval and compliance with company documentation standards.
• Check, compile, and verify invoices received from travel agents and hotel providers. The VTS will also be responsible for processing and managing these documents within the company’s ERP system to ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Assist in planning and organizing travel arrangements for crew changes, including preparing detailed travel itineraries and coordinating flight bookings in a timely and accurate manner, in the event dedicated rig admin is not available/tight with other tasks.
• Perform any other related administrative tasks or duties assigned from time to time to support the smooth operation of the department
• Support the tracking of key account activities, client satisfaction metrics, and commercial pipeline updates.

Minimum requirements:-

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Administration/Logistics or related fields with strong data management interest)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong skills in documentation and process handling
• Able to stay focused on the assigned tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable working with digital systems
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Local graduates who are still unemployed are encouraged to apply
