We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about oil and gas operations through Business Development by assisting in the preparation of business proposals, client engagement materials and internal coordination activities. The Protégé will gain exposure to the company’s commercial operations and strategic partnerships within the drilling sector.

We are immediately hiring a fresh graduate to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé for Business Development (Partnership & Alliances) joining us in October 2025.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing professional business presentations, client proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the consolidation of data, visuals, and performance highlights for management updates, partnership slides presentation, and tender-related documentation.
  • Support the review process of legal and commercial contracts by ensuring documents are complete, consistent, and aligned with internal standards.
  • Participate in business discussions and assist in drafting minutes or summaries from partner meetings.
  • Develop effective communication and interpersonal skills through interactions with internal and external parties.
  • Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence preparation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields with strong interest in Business Development & Strategic Marketing scopes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and coordination abilities.
  • Eager to learn about the oil & gas drilling industry and corporate business development.
  • Can work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, KL (opposite to KL Sentral).
  • Must currently be unemployed.
  • Age 26 and below.
