Job Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate IT projects for the bank and APAC branches.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, define project scope, and build consensus with users.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and change management processes.
- Coordinate functional design, data sourcing, and system enhancements.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and vendor collaboration for testing environments.
- Prepare deployment plans, release checklists, and project documentation.
- Lead Go-Live activities and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage risks, resolve production incidents, and coordinate developer resources.
- Ensure adherence to quality coding practices and continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-10 years of project management experience with SAP ECC6, focusing on Finance modules (FICO, GL, AP, AR, CO-CCA, CO-IO, BCS).
- Knowledge of MM, RE-FX, AA, Workflow Management, SAP ABAP, Control-M, JIRA, SAP Basis, and Oracle databases is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
