About The Department
Job Responsibilities
  1. Identify Business Banking's business opportunities in the area.
  2. Drive Business Banking activities as planned, including initiating and organizing ground marketing activities and awareness programs in the area.
  3. Establish business tie-ups with business associates, corporate clients, developers, solicitors, valuers, etc., to achieve growth in loans, deposits, customer base, and cross-selling targets.
  4. Assist in closing sales to ensure minimal loan/deposit loss and high customer retention.
  5. Achieve sales targets and monitor sales performance, AA cancellations, pre- and post-disbursement conditions, PNPL, and NPL.
  6. Recruit and train sales personnel, including forecasting and planning the talent pipeline in line with business strategy.
Job Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in any field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
  3. Preferably candidates with managerial experience in Banking/Financial Services or related fields.
